1. The service
Clara transcribes voice messages and audio files sent to its WhatsApp number and replies with the text. It is an internal tool for people authorized by ASL-I and is provided free of charge to them.
2. Who may use it
Only phone numbers authorized by ASL-I. ASL-I may grant or remove access at any time. Messages from other numbers are ignored.
3. Your responsibilities
- Only send audio you have the right to share and to have transcribed, including when other people speak in it.
- Do not use Clara for unlawful purposes or to send content that violates WhatsApp's terms.
- Do not try to disrupt the service, bypass its limits or access it from unauthorized numbers.
4. Accuracy
Transcriptions are produced automatically by a speech-recognition model and may contain mistakes, especially with noise, overlapping voices or uncommon names. Clara flags audio that was hard to understand, but you should check important details against the original audio before relying on them.
5. Limits
Clara currently transcribes audio of up to 30 minutes and 16 MB. Long transcriptions are split into numbered messages. These limits may change.
6. Availability
The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of availability or uninterrupted operation. It depends on WhatsApp and on third-party infrastructure.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ASL-I is not liable for decisions made based on a transcription or for losses caused by unavailability of the service.
8. Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and termination
We may change these terms or end the service. The date below shows the latest version. You can stop using Clara at any time.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Contact: contato@asli.international.
